greatt... i just stood mr gan up...
originally we had an appointment at his house to talk, den suddenly i remembered i haven buy rank for ncc, 2mr's armdrill profi, so i tot ncc more urgent, so i went beach rd instead... haiyo.. yesterday forgotten about the appointment, poor mr gan, waited for 2 hrs while i was enjoying myself on the street soccer court, feel so miserable... argh...

sorry, u must have come a long way if u read this... i linked my lj url on heyitsjustme and linked this to lj.. tedious eh.. this is my fifth blog, and i like the skin, the pic below can be changed easily, so it wun be outdated, look at it and u'll see what i mean. go register for x-slc! i've gotten the gang to register and they agree, alright man. wonder how slc will be like, i'd never been to the real event b4, excited but scared.
anyway, i think that my msg for this term will be worse den last term's.. yesterday's geog test was horrible!!! everything i learnt didn come out, no definitions! no desertification! i'm gonna flunk it. so thats the last of tests.. for this week. next wednesday will be hist , thurs will be lit and science, den it will be sabbaticals and a 1 month long break.. and of cos SLC.
today was the prelims of projects' day 2004, my group which consists of ding jie, xuan yi and stanley wanted to try something new, so off we went to creative arts. under kc's consultation, we did a video film based on the ang siang hill poem, the theme of fading tradition was there and i felt that this had the potential to get into the grand finals of the competition if it is done well.. 4 of us only have basic video animation and editing skills, so it will be hard.. the prelims was in art blk, we were late after some last minute changes. several aep grps presented before us and i was stunned by the animations they made, i soon had cold feet and dared not compared mine to theirs, take for instance leon's grp, about the cruelty of war, they finished the video liao, and we are still at the draft of intro??!!
soon it was our turn, i prayed hard that the ppt presentation would work, to my horror, i realized that the title screened as blank! i looked at the rest and luckily it was intact.. so xuanyi and stanley presented and very quickly it came to the storyboard part where i took over... i stuttered one my 1st sentence, it wasn a good one. serious. but the judges were impressed with content, real impressed. i have confidence that if my grp got our act together, we might enter the grand finals, ahh.. 10 cps... will work hard on it, esp during june hols.. the houses in ang siang hill very creepy, ytd xuanyi, ding jie and i went to do some last min takin of photos, we walked via the back alley, and the place was infested with cats. black cats. ewww..
after prelims, we all decided to go play soccer at pending street soccer court, so we took 171 and basically made alot of noise in the bus. we alighted at nicholas' house and waited for him at the coffeeshop while he went to get the ball, yiyuan and i ordered wanton mee, thinkin dat nicholas would not be that fast, however the noodles only came 15 mins after nicholas arrived and the gang left, with me, yiyuan and jacky(who ate his rice halfway). finally the noodles came, yiyuan and i were competing to see who can finish the first, in the end we tied, we gobbled it down in 1 minute, faster then jacky, bt mine gt chili somemore, so counted as i win.
street soccer was fun, with jacky missing his chances as usual, i was off-target too (not common), the funniest part was when jacky became keeper, yiyuan volleyed the ball and somehow it bounced off the floor into the net, and jacky thought it was going to be coming fast and hard, he put his hands above his head and ducked. ham ji. and i rammed the ball at stanley's face twice, dunno what happened, like human ball magnet...
